I just wanted to say, That i myself went into a deep depression, and it's something I still struggle with everyday. It's gotten to the point where i started to have panic attacks. I know exactly how you feel. I myself felt hopeless,I am a mother of 5, and I have a wonderful Husband, but I still felt hopeless,like my life was worthless. But lately, I've been drawing nearer to God, and attending Church more. and I've been searching Scriptures referring to how I feel, and I've been saying those scriptures over my life.And it does help. I'm also going taking steps to better my life.I don't where your depression stems from, or what your situation is, but the feelings of hopelessness is the same. Of not knowing what we're supposed to do with our lives. keep hanging in there! take it day by day, keep your focus on God,looking to him everyday and His Word.1Peter5:6,7.

Hello, It sounds to me that you really would like to know that God cares and will be there for you. Romans 12:1-2 says, 'therefore, I urge you, brothers, in view of God's mercy, to offer your body as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God-this is your spiritual act of worship. Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is-his good pleasing and perfect will.' God is there for you. You have allowed yourself to stray far away from him and if you will renew your relationship with him then he will be there for you. Sometimes sin is in our way and we have to ask God to forgive us our sins and then forgive ourselves. Sometimes you can put yourself on a real guilt trip and nothing you can do will make that right. God loves you with all his heart and wants so much for you to be a part of his plan for your life. I suggest that you get out and go to a good Bible believing church and begin a daily routine of worshiping God. That may seem hard at first, but the more you do it the better your relationship will be eith God. Start by thanking God for the fact that you are still alive and that you do have a daughter. Thank him for the little things in your life. Thank him that he sent his son to die on the cross for you so that you will have ahome in heaven some day. Read your Bible each day at the same time and spend time in prayer with him. I find that if I am having trouble knowing what to pray for I ask God to tell me what to pray for and then when I do my heart and soul is gtruly on fire for him. Devote your energies to him and to yourself. God wants to hear from you about your troubles. He wants to heal you of your depression. You have to start with baby steps on a daily basis and go from there. Hope this helps. Dian
