Christian Stress Management

I enjoyed reading the Christian stress management course.

I believe in the peace that passeth all understanding and that as christians we can continually partake of the Lord's provision of peace.

Have peace and trust in God at all times and He will deliver you from all your troubles. I love the Psalms of King David and the way he draws on God's promises. He asks for understanding and instruction and here is a king facing death all day long yet he never once wavered from his unswerving faith.

Consider it all joy my brothers when you encounter trials and temptations because the testing of your faith will produce endurance. And let endurance produce in you character. Take the word into your spirit and you will always have life and that more abundantly.

What did Paul the apostle say in the amplified but to take suffering as a high class soldier of the risen Lord! He lives and remember He is risen!
