Be Ye Transformed By The Renewing
of Your Minds...
One responsibility that many Christians take for granted is our command to truly renew our minds. We are reminded 2 separate times in the Word of God of the importance of this discipline...
"And be constantly renewed in
the spirit of your mind
[having a fresh mental and spiritual attitude]" (Ephesians 4:23 AMP)
"Do not be conformed to this world (this age),
[fashioned after and adapted to its external, superficial customs],
but be transformed (changed)
by the [entire] renewal of your mind." (Romans 12:2 AMP)

And yet we are reminded daily of the price of failure when we see what so many Christians secretly battle with: Run-Away Thoughts, Fear, Depression, Anxiety, Anger, Resentment, and the list goes on.
Affirmations are a spiritually and scientifically proven way of "brain washing" ourselves into thinking the way God thinks. They help us to replace our old thinking with God's way of thinking as revealed to us in His Word.
