Im not smart enough to give a satisfying answer to my unsaved boyfriends questions,

if God says thou shall not kill why did he help david kill goliath?
Why did jesus change the apostles names, it was dishonoring their parents which is one of the commandments
How can I prove the word is totally inspired by the holy spirit and not interpretation of man?
whats the dead sea scrolls and why would that give proof of purgatory?
