I'm a 19 yr old guy, when my friend comes over me and him change in front of each other we have seen each other naked several times. Neither one of us is gay. We do touch each other occasionally,but nothing sexual. Should we stop changing in front of each other and touching each other?

If you are truly a young man that wants to follow Christ and His principles, you need to stop this, repent and turn from these actions. One must realize the craftiness of the enemy. We must take on the mind of Christ as we march toward holiness. Our thought pattern has to be healty, ortherwise we'll do destructive things along the way.
