Getting back to US

I am a mother of 2 beautiful girls and a wife to a hard working husband. I am also surely the King's Daughter and I wish I didn't forget that daily. My heart tells me daily but my head can't get around my to do lists long enough to really delve into what I should be doing, which is being in His word.

I would really like to find a GREAT Bible study for ME, not me being a great mother or a great wife, but for ME and CHRIST.

An individual is able to earn well if the person possesses the appropriate assignment assistance education. The education provides opportunities to the individuals for excelling in their lives and making their lives worth to live.

Getting Lost in the day to day

Hi Carey,

I added the picture of Mary and Martha at Jesus' feet to your post because that is one of the first things that came to my mind.

Jesus told Martha that she was so distracted by all of the details of life that she had lost track of what was really important - her relationship with Him.

I have definitely been there and, especially working in full time ministry through this website, I have to be constantly aware of not allowing myself to fall into the trap of forgetting my first priority.

Paul said,

"[For my determined purpose is] that I may know Him [that I may progressively become more deeply and intimately acquainted with Him]..." (Philippians 3:10a AMP)

But we can often times forget that is indeed our true purpose. Everything else we do should flow out of that intimate relationship that we have developed with Him. Our marriage, raising our children, everything is made easier when we have it all in balance.
