Prayer Request: My wife is leaving me - Please pray for Reconciliation

Please pray for my wife and myself. She wants to leave me. I am open to the change in my heart and fully allow God to do this. Please pray that my wife will have a change in her heart and that she would fully allow God to do this.
Please pray that:
1.) Our minds would be bound to the mind of Christ.
2.) Our wills would be bound to the will of God.
3.) Our actions would be bound to the Fruits of the Spirit - love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, gentleness, faithfullness, goodness and self-control.
4.) Our hearts would be bound to the Heart of God.
5.) Our marriage would be bound by the Spirit of God and the Spirit of His perfect love.
That true change will take place in both our hearts, and that reconciliation will take place through the Power and the Love of God.

Our marriage was 5yrs back.We don't have children and were going for treatment.In the middle of treatment My wife went home on May 6 2010 saying that her father was ill.She came back on May 10th morning kept some of her things at my home went to her office and never came back.Her father is completely ok now.We never had a fight over anything.On May 17th one lawyer telephoned and said she wanted divorce.She forced me for mutual consent divorce.We appeared in family court.The first phase of the divorce is over and court has given us 6 months time.My wife and her family members are very stubborn.But i still love her very much.I want her back and praying for her mind to change.PLEASE PRAY FOR ME. |

please add my marriage to your prayers. she says she is not in love with me and that she never was. I know the power of God can make that love flower. we have two of the most beautiful kids that could not have been made if it wasn't for love. We had rocky times with illicit sex on my part for which I am fully repentant and willing to go to counseling and started pastoral counseling. She said she forgive me but we never talked about it. She had a recent crush on a coworker and everything started unraveling then. Please Father Please
My wife has left me for the 3rd time in a year... I am clinging to God and praying for his blessing over her, I have nothing to forgive her for - she has my forgiveness. I love her. Despite moving back to her mother for only 12km's away - she wont speak to me and feels it is over. She knows I will not give up on our marriage - I will NOT file for divorce or consent to divorce. Only God can open her heart. It is incredibly difficult. I am severely broken hearted and despererately clinging to hope and my Father to uphold our covenant. At this stage she refuses to believe that this is a covenant marriage. She wont broach any subject pertaining to God - I can do no more than pray that God will pull us through, and remove the coldness she has built around her heart. I wish I could convince her that I forgive her - its been 4 weeks again and she wont see or talk to me - I received the "marriage is over" via email - and that was that. I asked God to return my wife to me before in August last year - she "did". Praise the Father - but reluctantly then refused to show or talk about any commitment. Not for her being able to show or say "I love you" for months now I was dropping into huge insecurities, when I tried to "confronting" the issue by insisting she actually says those three little words - she would not and ran again. Naturally - friends not in Christ have been saying to me "move on - let her go". Don't support or contact her. My spirit and soul is in anguish for I am trying to be strong when I am hurting so deeply - advice is to wait till she contacts you. I ask God for guidance. I feel that I should keep trying despite the endless rejection - the harsh slander from her, it is in my heart to keep trying to reconcile with her - All attempts lead to unanswered and blocked calls, and letting me sit outside their home, ignoring me or chasing me away. Her mum is "embarrased and does not know what to say to me - saying just let it be" She knows how i have been trying since May last year. At first i was angry, then disappointeed with her mum for taking her back whenever she runs - feeling that if she had no way back to their home she would have to FACE and address our problems - but when she is there, they sweep it under the carpet, and pretend our marriage or me never existed. I love her and I love and trust in God, marriage and family. I will NOT break my vows to her and GOD - All i can do is ask God to bless her and remove the shackles that binds her heart and open it to his love - I have to be strong in GOD and make him first in my life not her - something i have had wrong and i admit this. It is incredibly painful - and tears abound - i am fighting attacks of despair and loneliness - bit i have hope and I BELIEVE that GOD will uphold our marriage. i just found out today my wife wants to leave me after 13 years together we have 3 kids, as far as i could see everything was going great, she told me we argue too much and that i was to demanding and that we did'nt agree on how to raise our children. i agree , i want a clean home and my children to grow up resposible, safe, and respectful. you lead by example. i do as much as i can working over night and watching the kids during the day, but the house is always a mess and she has selective responsibility her horse or dog comes first before me. and with the kids its easier for her to say yes than having to deal with saying no. but i love her thats the person i married and i'm the same that shed married. where do we go now |

my fiance wants me to leave
I met my fiance 3 years ago, and we were engaged very quickly we met in my home town Los Angeles, but he is from Germany, and had been living there for 5 years with citizenship. He was estranged from his father for 5 years previous and recently his father has become ill. So he went to visit and reconciled his differences with his father. His father and mother have had marital problems in the past and his mother has decided to get a divorce. As an out come we had to cancel our own wedding this past April. My fiance was renovating our home in Germany while I prepare to move there from Los Angeles to help with moral support him and father during this delicate time. His mother is now living in a another country and had sent divorce papers today. I don't know how to describe to you what we have gone through in the past 2 years but, I've been staying by his side during this difficult time. Today he told me that I should go and the he needs to take care of his father. That I don't understand how he can just turn his back on me after everything we had gone through. I have moved my entire life for him. I would do anything to keep our relationship together. I know he needs me and I wish I could help him more. I pray for his family and him constantly I get so worried about him, recently he has taken up smoking and drinking to cope with the stress of the situation. I try to make things nice for him and we get along but, I can't just turn around and forget everything we have gone through. I don't know what to do. I can't go back to LA I have nothing there. All my things were packed and shipped to Germany that took 3 months to save for. I just feel so lost and I ask that God hear my prayer and give me strength. I've been having terrible thoughts that I just can't stop. I feel really alone and unwanted. Please pray for me anyone please |

FIANCE LEFT AFTER FIVE YEARS
Please pray for me. My fiance left me after five years. We bought a 265,000 house and another man has clouded her judgement for loving me. I put all my trust into her not to be done this way. She says she is in love with him and not me. I am a truck driver and out for two to three weeks. The only thing I asked her was to touch house up and cook me at least one home cooked meal when I came home. She would'nt even do that. It was always the kids cleaning. I never cursed her out like she says, but she feels I was controlling and wanted to be her daddy. I just wanted our lives to be happy and in unison. I know that I have my faults, but none that would warrant this type of action from someone I trusted so much. I also lov her more than any one I have ever been with. I am broken, if not for us pray for me as I know that to cheat means the person really does'nt love you. I am trying to do what I need to do in order to let go or hang on. |

My Wife doesnt want to be married anymore
My wife of 2 years as of 26 May 09 is saying that she does not want to be married anymore. I am a deployed Sailor onboard the USS STENNIS and I have been out to sea since 13 Jan 09. It is crushing for me to realize that the happiness and Joy I once knew is not going to be there when I return. She is truly a Beautiful woman inside and out and I am hoping it is just the distance, but the recent converstaions are proving different. I pray that all who read this...and can forward it on to every church and/or person they know of; add this to their prayer list... PLEASE HEAR MY PRAYER: Lord, Bless my Wife Alex with your grace and glory that she will find peace in her heart and come back to the Will of the Our Father, even if her and I are not your will, PLEASE SAVE MY WIFE. She is truly an Angel and the Devil is trying to take her down. Please save my wife heavenly father...even without me, save her. I Love You Father. I doubt my wife
Praise the Lord, My name is Meshack G, now a days my wife is not the same old to me. We are an Christian family but still we have the same problem as the worldly man. Last month we have to face some financial problem in our fanmily she borrowed some 10k from her working place . before 2 months she joined for a new job some 15 days she was the same after that she is completely changed to herself...... I dont know whether she is bossing me or she want that boosting that she gave me that Money......... This creates a mind in me that why my has changed? This makes to doubt her so? Because she does not care me? She does not take care of the family? She leaves the home by 10am & reaches home by 9-10pm? Now iam jobless....... To all. I know there is power in numbers who pray. I pray that all who read this pray that my wife of 15 years does not leave. Six days ago, out came the words..."I dont love you any more" I'm numb from head to toe. With three children at home my wife for some reason just wants to throw in the towel. Request for Prayers for My Marriage
My husband is in Iraq at this moment. Please pray for him! He is under attack. He shows little concern for our children and even when he does he turns it around that they are being hurt by our marriage and has decided he wants a divorce! I am trusting in God to save us. That what God has joined together, no man will separate! Because I put my trust in the Lord, I will not be put to shame! Please pray for us though! I am home taking care of our children and trying to not let them know anything is wrong. God has helped us here so much and pulled us together I pray that my husband will come to have an upclose and personal experience with God and know that he needs to stay with his family! He is rebellious right now and not wanting to be close to God. Please just pray for that to change, that he will seek God and trust in him! Dear Reverend Pastor, Brothers and Sisters in Christ, my prayer warriors and everyone With a humble heart, I am appealing for your mercy and sincere prayers to Jesus for me. I am very sad because of my marriage relationship with my wife, Carole Lina, seem to be falling apart, crumbling and crushing to the ground. I love my wife of 28 years and I never cheated on her. We had a beautiful life together until Rebecca (my stepdaughter, age 29) was re-united with Carole and has been financially dependent on us in years. I thought we’d be a happy family together but Carole’s daughter breaks us apart and convinces her mother to find a better man for financial support. I grew up prayerful and I shared my strong faith to God with my wife until she finally stopped praying with me. As I get closer to God, my shoulders get heavier and painful from the weight of my cross. I get nervous, very fearful and scared of people knocking at my door, I don’t know why. My fears arrived and haunted me when I received a letter from Berks Courthouse. I sincerely want my wife back because I love her. I pray that we would be together again as husband and wife, loving and caring for each other much. I pray that Carole stays with me and prays with me than listen to ill advices of wrong people. I treasure 28 years of our relationship thru thick and thin, in sickness and in health, thru all sadness and laughters. I want to save our relationship though we experienced trials and tribulations. I rebuke and I cast away all evil spirits and satan around us, the evil spirits of divorce, the evil spirits of court hearings and the evil spirits of financial problems, in Jesus Most Holy Name, Amen. Please pray for my wife. She has left me. 1.) Please pray that the strongholds in both our lives will be pulled down forever, and that every thought in us will be held captive to the obedience of Jesus Christ. That God will change our pattern of thinking to the thinking process of the Holy Spirit. 2.) That God will replace these strongholds that have been pulled down forever with the fullness of the fruits of the Holy Spirit, the Mind of Christ, the Will of God – forever – and a burning desire in both our hearts and minds and actions to reconcile and to be in love with each other. That there would be genuine change in my wife and myself that would bring about a marriage filled with love, support, and peace, joy, patience, kindness, gentleness, faithfulness, goodness, and self-control - forever. 3.) That God will bind the enemies and the powers of darkness, the world, and sin that are against our marriage and our immediate reconciliation, and that these enemies of God would to be cast out completely away from us forever, AND that God would loose the spirit of immediate reconciliation to come forth into our hearts, wills, minds, and actions – with peace, love, and harmony. 4.) That both our hearts, minds, wills, actions, spirits, and feelings will immediately pursue reconciliation, and be flooded with peace, love, and agreement as we do this. 5.) That my wife will see the truth, embrace the truth, and walk in the truth and in the light and that the truth will set her free – free to reconcile and be in love with me. Let this be true for me too. 6.) That we will fall in love again with each other, greater than we have ever had. Thank you. |
