Should I wish my ex fiance (she let me know via email at work her "feelings had changed") a happy birthday next week?

Should I tell my (call herself a "partial-Christian and in a "new-age" person, is/does Reiki Master and Yoga. Traditions from the "East") non-believer ex fiance' of four years who dumped me via gmail by saying "I'm sorry, my feelings have changed" a happy birthday a week from now? I've mailed her stuff back to her and have not been in contact unless absolutely necessary. What do I do? Will it be done out out forgiveness or a way to make me feel like a bigger person even tho she has DESTROYED MY HEART, TRUST, ETC and ETC...What should I do, please help? The bible says, "They came out from us cause they are not of us..." So if she is not an "us" she I just not say anything??
