THANKFUL

I dont have any answers, but I wanted to thank you you! I needed to listen to this class. Recently I have had my foster mother degrade me into thinking that my advice and help towards my two fosters sisters is not needed, when in reality she was yelling at me for caring and being a loving person. it is too many details. but she put me down and told me that she practically didnt not like the fact that I have a hole and caring heart. now I will repeat this statement to myself every day. "I will not allow you to say those things to me and put me down. Because my Heart is whole and caring that is what god has intended me to do and feel. This negativity you have towards me is not going to affect me and I will have to distance myself from it. I will not allow what you have said to me tear me down and control me. Everyone has an opinion and just because you think that does not mean that it is right."
