Attitude & Control

I plan to step out of the way and let God change my husband and adult/young adult children and concentrate on God's work in my own life. I can not change other's, nor do I have the right to. That is God's job. I need to let go of the control, it's not mine, it's God's. I keep putting it in His hands and then taking it back when I don't see anything happening when "I" believe it should be happening. I know that I'm a controlling person and I want to let it go....I want to give it to God and keep it there. Besides, there is sooooo much work the good Lord still needs to do in my own life that I don't even have time to be trying to change others. I need prayer!!!!

HIS GRACE IS SUFFICIENT FOR U

2 CORINTHIANS 12:9 AND HE SAID TO ME, "MY GRACE IS SUFFICIENT FOR YOU, FOR MY STRENGTH IS MADE PERFECT IN WEAKNESS." THEREFORE MOST GLADLY I WILL RATHER BOAST IN MY INFIRMITIES, THAT THE POWER OF CHRIST MAY REST UPON ME. AS CHRISTIANS WHATEVER WE GO THROUGH THE LORD JESUS GO THROUGH WITH US BUT WHAT WE NEED TO DO MOST OF THE TIME IS TO HAVE PATIENCE AS TO ALLOW THE LORD TO LEAD THE WAY FOR US, AT TIMES WE WANT THINGS HET DONE OUR WAY SOON BUT MAYBE THAT WOULD NOT BE THE PLAN OF THE LORD FOR OUR LIVES. AT TIMES ITS FRUSTRATING WHEN YOU ARE PRAYING FOR SOMEONE AND YOU SEE NO SIGN OF CHANGE BUT THAT DOES NOT MEAN THAT YOU SHOULD STOP PRAYING FOR THEM. MAY THE GOOD LORD TEACH YOU THE WAY OF PATIENCE ALL THE TIME MAY HE GRANT YOU UNDERSTANDING FROM HIS PRECIOUS WORD, MAY HE GUIDE YOUR HEART ALWAYS. GALATIANS 5:23
