First Time Watcher

Dear Ameerah,

I learned a lot that I really needed in your class. I have never been in an online class before.

Last year I converted to the Roman Catholic Church (from the Baptist Church). I joined to please my fiancee, now husband of six months. It isn't a bad church, but I just don't feel like I'm learning and growing there. There is a great emphasis on liturgy rather than doctrine and learning to grow up into Christ. I also have found that there are quite a few doctrines that I don't agree with at all, such as we can lose our salvation, or that we have a part in earning our salvation.

So, I need to find ways to grow other than my church.

I not only enjoyed your class, but found that you had many insights that apply to me and so far I agree with your doctrine!

I am hoping that we can get our printer fixed soon so that I can print up the notes for class. Did you say the next class is March 30th?
