Overcoming Christian Depression

I often wonder where's God and if he loved me so how could he allow such suffering in my life if his love for me is so strong.

Now that I've learned that depression is part of the curse and that Jesus him self has redeemed me from it I know that God is not in the business of forgetting but forgiving and chances

I also realize that if the joy of the lord is my strength it is my duty to reclaim my joy to regain my strength.
